La Preserve, Fort Lauderdale, FL

The Property is unique in that it has been a working nursery for over fifty (50) years and contains small lakes and beautiful mature trees. La Preserve will incorporate over a third of the Property's existing landscape and features into parks, lakes and open green space, and will preserve and relocate as many of the existing native and mature trees as possible into the landscape plan. The lakes and their surrounding areas will be reconditioned and redeveloped into recreational areas. La Preserve will be a signature development within the City; no other inner-City neighborhood combines beautiful new homes with lakes, recreational and open green space areas close to each home in the community.By allowing single family developments on 5,000 square foot lots, La Preserve will have more land for open space and recreational areas which is the heart of the design of the neighborhood.

The traditional southern architectural features of the homes within La Preserve include large, inviting open front porches close to the sidewalks and encourage interaction with the street and neighbors in the community. Because of the mixed uses within the surrounding area, La Preserve also encourages interaction with the neighboring properties. La Preserve is within walking distance of a variety of uses including shopping, churches and boating activities along the river. La Preserve also provide a variety of housing choices including one and two story homes with eleven different models and elevations from which to choose.

Sutton Consulting is responsible for the tree inventory and grading of all trees on this property. We are contracted for the oversight and management of the tree preservation, removal and relocation of all existing trees. We are heavily involved in the design and placement of all relocated material

IDI, Industrial Developments International, Atlanta, GA

We are managing the Irrigation and landscape installation at Building A & B at the Marina West Business Center, located in Sunrise, FL. Project completion date March 15, 2002.
We are also contracted with IDI Services to write the landscape maintenance specifications, manage and perform monthly inspections of the landscape at Weston (six buildings), Pompano (seven buildings), Mirmar (two buildings) and Marina West Business Centers (two buildings).
 

Boca Resort and Club, Boca Raton, FL

Located in prestigious Boca Raton, designed by Mizner, we have been retained as their consulting arborist. We are in charge of managing tree trimming and tree relocation operations at both the Resort and the Beach Club.

Is a five star resort with a wealth of elegance and style graced by formal grounds, located in prestigious Palm Beach, Florida. Sutton Consulting Arborist was responsible for an inventory evaluating the health and condition of all landscape trees and palms after improvements. In an on-going effort, Sutton Consulting Arborist manages all of the necessary tree maintenance that is contracted out.
 

Besides doing golf courses, we have been retained by homeowners for our consulting ability in redesigning their landscape.

Our staff is on call twenty-four hours a day for emergency calls due to lighting strikes, hurricanes, high winds or any type of emergency you might have.
